Admissions Process

New family registration begins at OPEN HOUSE in January each year. A registration application must be completed for each child. All new student applications must be submitted through the link below. We no longer accept paper applications. A non-refundable application fee of $75.00 is due at registration. You will be notified no later than March 15 of your child’s acceptance. Upon acceptance, new families will complete the FACTS Enrollment packet and pay a  $150.00 deposit to confirm your child’s place for the next school year. This deposit money will be applied towards your child’s tuition for next year. The deposit is non-refundable, unless there are unusual circumstances and all requests for a refund must be approved by the principal.

 
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

1) Registration fee

2) Birth Certificate

3) Baptismal Certificate (if your child was not baptized at St. Mary Church)

4) Release of Student Records Form (for transfer students only)

Your registration will not be finalized until all the above requirements are met.

ALL TRANSFER STUDENTS ARE PLACED ON A NINE WEEK PROBATIONARY PERIOD.
