The 6th Grade class just completed a project where we investigated the lives of the apostles and the contributions they made to our faith. We are currently traveling through Mesopotamia and are heading toward Ancient Egypt in Social Studies. We are learning about the Earth around us and will be starting a unit on forest fires soon in Science. October is 6th Grades B.E.S.T project month. The theme is Health Awareness. The 6th Grade class is sponsoring a school wide Math-A-Thon to benefit St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. We have over 180 students signed up to help those children that are patients at St. Jude’s.
