We have had such a wonderful school year. Students have been working so hard this year and are now excited to be moving up to third grade. There were so many exciting activities and experiences this year that we decided to create a memory book. Each child chose their favorite second grade memory and wrote a paragraph explaining it. The memories include:
Our Flat Stanley Project, Writing Pen Pal Letters to Saudi Arabia, Star Bucks, Butterflies, Coloring Contests, Doing Doodle Loops, Reading A-Z Mysteries, Being in the Interest Fair, Our Holiday Parties, The Christmas Play, Faith Families, Going to The Planetarium and One Room School House at JJC, Learning Cursive, Creating Fossils, Learning Multiplication and Division, Seeing Bye-Bye Birdie, Learning Sign Language, Our Field Trip To See Oceans, Doing Map Puzzles, Red Ribbon Week, Earning Row Points, Helping the Teacher, Birthdays, Grandparents Day, Playing Cheese Touch, Red Ribbon Week, Faith Families, Stations of the Cross, and Author Studies.
