Meeting Minutes
General
• Meeting was called to order at 9:05 PM after speaker by Jennifer Martino
• PTC officers present at the meeting: Jennifer Martino, Vickie Bieniek, Margaret Regan & Jennifer O’Malley
• Opening prayer by Judy Rozgo
Secretary’s Report
• Minutes from the Jan.22nd, 2008 meeting were read by Jennifer O’Malley
Treasurer’s Report – Read by Margaret Regan
• Ending balance of 14,165.71
Teacher’s Report – Denise Pell
• None at this time
Presidents Report – Jennifer Martino
• Wednesday, April 2nd is a PTC hospitality immediately after church
• May 7th is May crowning and there will be a PTC reception after in Burnet Hall for all 3rd graders and their families
• Help is still needed for the end of year picnic, please contact Annette Siwinski or Nancy Wirth
• Nominations/Elections for new PTC officers, Thank you to Jeannine Prucha (new secretary) & Lori LaBine (Vice President) for stepping up
• New officers will begin their term in May 2008 and will be officially installed at the May 14th PTC meeting
• Thank you to Vickie Bienek & Jennifer O’Malley for their time and service to the PTC
Principal’s Report – Judy Rozgo
• April 11th – Gala at DiNolfo’s, purpose is to buy new computers, our goal is $50,000 - this will buy 36 new computers. To all parents, please come out to the Gala to help support our school
• Thank you to Jeannine Kubas & Melissa Vallone for stepping up to help make the Gala possible
• Big thank you for all of the volunteers working on the Gala
• There will not be a Gala every year, only when a big fundraiser is needed
• Jr. High musical will be Hello Dolly this spring
